For Managers
With the pursuit of a common goal that is rooted in accelerating the growth of your business, we take the time to develop an employable understanding of your histories, processes and performance objectives -- and the investment decisions that make them tangible. We work with you to create a step-by-step game plan to improve your marketability and target the right investors at the right time.
Investor pre-screens and landscape analyses are conducted and meetings are arranged based around our mutual belief in your fund, your ability to perform, and the understanding of our investor needs. We also use our proprietary technology to make our investor screening process more efficient. Utilizing this technology in conjunction with our relationships enables us to effectively cover the investor landscape.
Our marketing process includes:
- Review of the existing marketing materials, DDQ, and private placement memorandum
- Mock investor meetings and presentation review
- Targeting initial investors based on pre-defined interest and AUM segmentation
- Providing in-depth initial investor feedback and interest
- The commencement of overall marketing, designing the capital raising calendar and setting capital raising goals
- Conducting meetings, follow ups, and overall investor relations
