Alexis Graham

Mr. Graham has over 15 years of experience working in the hedge fund industry, most recently as head of the capital raising program at VanthedgePoint Securities.

Prior to launching Acceleration Capital Group and partnering with the family owners of Arcadia Securities, LLC, Mr. Graham’s experience included building the hedge fund information company HedgeWorld.com, where he served as Managing Director of Sales and worked as part of the team responsible for HedgeWorld Markets, a hedge fund capital raising platform. He also held positions at Optima Fund Management, a New York-based fund of hedge funds, and Gruss & Co. as a merger arbitrage analyst.  Mr. Graham graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts. He earned his MBA from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Mr. Graham holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Ian P. Tracy

Prior to launching Acceleration Capital Group and partnering with the family owners of Arcadia Securities, LLC, Mr. Tracy worked as a Senior Associate at VanthedgePoint Securities. He was responsible for building and implementing the Capital Introductions Program, orchestrating emerging hedge fund manager round table events and spearheading research initiatives. Mr. Tracy started his career as a Practice Support Specialist at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He co-chairs the Junior Committee of Hearts for Hedge Funds Care; is on the Junior Board for the Catholic Big Sisters and Big Brothers Organization; and is the youngest manager on the Board of Managers for the St. Andrews Society of the State of New York, the oldest charitable society in the state. Mr. Tracy holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Mr. Tracy received a Bachelor of Arts from Middlebury College. He is married and has two daughters and a son.

Michael Fitzsimmons

Mr. Fitzsimmons has worked in the financial service industry since 1986. For the past 13 years he has been marketing alternative investment products, primarily emerging managers, beginning with his own fund Lodestone Capital in 1996. Prior to Lodestone Mr. Fitzsimmons worked as a Managing Director in Institutional Sales for Volpe ,Welty covering hedge funds. Mr. Fitzsimmons started his career in 1986 at Shearson Lehman as a financial consultant, after graduating from Clarkson University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Fitzsimmons is based in San Francisco. He has two daughters.
